一、本试验系采取武功附近六种土壤之表土,对其(1)几种简单化学性质;(2)固氮力;(3)各种处理对于土壤含氮量之影响;(4)土壤中之固氮细菌等作一初步之研讨。二、六种供试土中五种土壤之碳酸钙含量在5%以上,其 pH 值在8以上,各土之全氮含量中等。三、用溶液法测定六种土壤之固氮力,以二道原埋藏栗钙土及棕钙土之固氮力最高,秦岭北坡中性棕壤之固氮力最小,各土壤固氮力之差异于培养七日逐渐不显著。四、试验四种土壤在自然环境下固氮作用之结果:(1)六号水稻土有显著之固氮力;(2)加入马厩肥可增加二道原埋藏栗钙土之固氮力;(3)麦稈粉、石灰及麦稈粉石灰磷酸钙之加入可增加各供试土之固氮力。五、各供试士均含有 Azotobacter 及 B.Amylobacter,各土中并可能存在其他固氮细菌。
First, in this experiment, the topsoil of six kinds of soils near Wugong was taken, and several (1) simple chemical properties were obtained; (2) the nitrogen fixation strength; (3) the effect of various treatments on the nitrogen content of the soil; Nitrogen fixation bacteria for a preliminary study. The content of calcium carbonate in five kinds of soils for the six kinds of test soil is more than 5%, the pH is above 8 and the total nitrogen content of each soil is medium. Third, using the solution method to determine the nitrogen fixation capacity of the six soils, the highest nitrogen fixation strength of the two formerly buried chestnut soil calcareous soil and brown earth is the lowest. The neutral soil brown soil on the northern slope of Qinling Mountain has the lowest nitrogen fixation ability, On the seventh day gradually insignificant. Fourthly, we test the results of nitrogen fixation in four kinds of soils under natural environment: (1) There is a significant nitrogen fixation force in the sixth paddy soil; (2) The addition of stable manure can increase the nitrogen fixation capacity of the two formerly buried chestnut soils; (3) Straw powder, lime and straw powder lime calcium phosphate can increase the nitrogen fixation of soil for each test. Fifth, each test taker contains Azotobacter and B.Amylobacter, and there may be other nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the soil.
