冷变形工模具钢强度、塑性、韧性及冲击疲劳抗力的研究

本文选用冷变形工模具钢T8、T10、GCr15、6CrW2Si、6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV 和W18Cr4V钢进行了拉仲、弯曲、扭转、压缩、断裂韧性和冲击疲劳试验。结果表明,各钢种在拉伸、弯曲、扭转和压缩状态下测得的屈服极限以及相应的拉伸断面收缩率(ψ)、抗弯塑性挠度(f_ρ),塑性扭转角(φ_p)和压缩相对变形量(ε)具有相同的变化规律,因此,冷变形工模具钢的强度指标应是不同试验方法测得的屈服极限,塑性指标应是ψ、fp、φ_P、和ε.冷变形工模具钢的韧性指标α_k 和K_(IC)主要反映了钢的塑性。从防止模具早期断裂的角度,冷变形工模具钢的主要失效抗力指标-冲击疲劳抗力可以根据相同应力状态下静载试验测得的屈服强度和塑性指标进行评定。 In this paper, cold deformation die steel T8, T10, GCr15, 6CrW2Si, 6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV and W18Cr4V steel tensile pull, bending, torsion, compression, fracture toughness and impact fatigue test. The results show that the yield limit and the corresponding shrinkage ratio (ψ), flexural plasticity (f_ρ), plastic twist angle (φ_p) and compressive strength of various steels measured under tension, bend, twist and compression The relative deformation (ε) has the same variation rule. Therefore, the strength index of cold-formed die steel should be the yield limit measured by different test methods, and the plasticity index should be ψ, fp, φ_P, and ε. Steel toughness indicators α_k and K_ (IC) mainly reflects the plasticity of steel. From the perspective of preventing the early fracture of the mold, the main failure resistance index of cold-deformed die steel, impact fatigue resistance, can be evaluated according to the yield strength and plasticity index of static load test under the same stress state.
