基于数学分析及计算辅助方法对服役过程中6061-T6铝合金的开裂进行了预测。结果表明,有限元模拟的试样开裂位置与实验测量结果非常接近。因此,在服役过程中利用6061-T6铝合金滚压包边的弯曲成形极限图,可以有效地预测材料的开裂过程。
The cracking of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy during service was predicted based on mathematical analysis and calculation aided method. The results show that the cracking position of the specimen simulated by finite element method is very close to the experimental measurement. Therefore, the use of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy rolling edge during bending forming limit map can effectively predict the material cracking process.
