梭式矿车(简称梭车)等矿上机械大多采用电力进行驱动,均配有封闭的电控箱,以便对电力系统进行管控。电控箱内装的变频器、功率器件、电容器和电阻等在工作时都会产生大量热量。这些发热元件会使电控箱内温度升高。当电控箱内温度超过电控箱中器件工作温度时,不仅使器件易老化损坏、使用寿命缩短,而且电气设备无法正常运行。因此,必须控制电控箱内部温度,保证电控箱内部器件的可靠工作,并根据实际使用情况随时掌握箱体内温度变化,进而进行调节是发展方向。
