研制了一种单电源线性光电耦合器,器件采用隔离式DC/DC电源供电。叙述了该器件的工作原理和部分电路设计,分析了研制过程中遇到的一些问题及解决办法。给出了主要参数的测试结果,结果表明该器件具有很好的隔离特性和线性度。 A single-supply linear optocoupler was developed using an isolated DC / DC power supply. Describes the working principle of the device and part of the circuit design, analysis of the development process encountered some problems and solutions.
