研究了镍合金对铸铁短纤维烧结体组织与烧结特性的影响。含有低熔点镍合金的铸铁短纤维在1100℃烧结时,压坯中可以产生液相,促进镍、铬、硼等合金元素向铸铁中扩散。随镍合金含量增加,铸铁短纤维烧结体的显微组织由铁素体+珠光体向马氏体+奥氏体转变,同时烧结体发生膨胀,孔隙增多。分析了烧结体组织转变及产生膨胀的原因。
The effect of nickel alloy on microstructure and sintering properties of cast iron short fiber sintered body was studied. Cast iron short fibers containing a low-melting nickel alloy sintered at 1,100 ° C can produce a liquid phase in the compact and promote the diffusion of alloying elements such as nickel, chromium and boron into the cast iron. With the increase of nickel alloy content, the microstructure of short cast iron castings changes from ferrite and pearlite to martensite and austenite, and the sintered body expands and the porosity increases. The causes of the transformation and the expansion of the sintered body were analyzed.
