对国外具有代表性的电子服务质量评价模型进行综合介绍,并对其适用领域和不足做深入分析。同时,在比较各种电子服务质量评价模型及数字图书馆服务的特点后,认为环境质量、过程质量及结果质量是数字图书馆服务质量评价的三个维度,并提出适用于数字图书馆服务质量评价的框架。
