本文总结了卢湾区建立以妇幼保健所为主体 ,区精神卫生中心、区人口与计划生育委员会和医院产科等多部门参与的对育龄女性精神病患者的婚育管理网络的初步探索和体会 ,并以此掌握本区育龄女性精神病患者婚育状况的动态变化 ,逐步将其纳入妇幼保健的常规工作范畴。
This article summarizes the preliminary exploration and experience of marriage and childbearing management networks of women of childbearing age with the participation of many departments such as MCH centers, district mental health centers, district population and family planning committees and obstetrics and gynecology departments in Luwan District. Grasp the dynamic changes in the status of marriage and childbearing among female patients with child-bearing age in their respective districts and gradually incorporate them into the regular work categories of maternal and child health care.
