父母教养能力感与精神障碍患儿情绪行为问题的关系

目的:探讨父母教养能力感与精神障碍患儿情绪行为的关系。方法:采用一般情况调查问卷、父母教养能力感量表和长处与困难问卷(父母版)对350名精神障碍住院患儿父母进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行n t检验、方差分析、Pearson相关分析及多元逐步回归分析。n 结果:精神障碍患儿的困难总分[(16.39±4.87)分]检出率为24.2%,情绪问题[(4.89±2.21)分]检出率为24.5%,品行问题[(2.55±1.45)分]检出率为8.9%,多动/注意缺陷[(5.00±1.94)分]和同伴交往问题[(3.95±1.99)分]检出率均为21.1%,亲社会行为[(5.11±2.46)分]异常检出率为38.5%。父母教养能力感总分、教养效能感和满意度与精神障碍患儿的困难总分、情绪问题、品行问题和多动/注意缺陷的得分呈负相关(n r=-0.259~-0.121,n P<0.05),与亲社会行为评分呈正相关(n r=0.114~0.189,n P0.05)。教养效能感对患儿亲社会行为产生影响(n β=0.124,n P<0.05),教养满意度在患儿困难总分、情绪问题、品行问题和多动/注意缺陷上有显著作用(n β=-0.255~-0.109,n P<0.05)。n 结论:精神障碍患儿情绪行为问题突出,父母教养能力感与精神障碍患儿的情绪行为发展密切相关。“,”Objective:To explore the relationship between parental parenting sense of competence and the emotional behavior problems in children with mental disorders.Methods:The general information questionnaire, the parenting sense of competence scale and the strengths and difficulties questionnaire (patent-reported) were used to evaluate 350 parents of children with mental disorders.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 25.0 software using n t test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis.n Results:The detection rates of total difficulty (16.39±4.87), emotional symptoms (4.89±2.21), conduct problem (2.55±1.45), hyperactivity/attention defect (5.00±1.94), peer relationship problem (3.95±1.99) and prosocial behaviors (5.11±2.46) were 24.2%, 24.5%, 8.9%, 21.1%, 21.1% and 38.5% respectively.The total score of parenting sense of competence, parenting efficacy, parenting satisfaction were significantly negatively correlated with the scores of total difficulty, emotional symptoms, conduct problem, hyperactivity/attention defect (n r=-0.259--0.121, n P<0.05), as well as positively correlated with prosocial behaviors (n r=0.114-0.189, n P0.05). Parenting efficacy can affect children's prosocial behaviors (n β=0.124, n P<0.05). Parenting satisfaction can affect children's total difficulty, emotional symptoms, conduct problem and hyperactivity/attention defect (n β=-0.255--0.109, n P<0.05).n Conclusion:Children with mental disorders have prominent emotional and behavioral problems, and parental parenting sense of competence is closely related with the emotional and behavioral problems of children with mental disorders.
