采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,测定新品种“安农水蜜”等十个桃品种花蕾中的过氧化物酶、酯酶和淀粉酶同工酶谱特征。根据模糊数学择近原则,综合上述三类同工酶酶谱差异,对“安农水蜜”的起源进行同工酶酶谱模糊识别研究,并结合果实性状分析,确证“安农水蜜”是“砂子早生”的自然变异。同时,为同工酶模糊识别研究应用提供了证据
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to determine peroxidase, esterase and amylase isozyme characteristics of ten peach cultivars such as “Annong water honey”.
