用DMPS法对焊态及焊后萤石焊条气溶胶粒子尺度谱的动态变化进行了实时观测,证实焊接气溶胶是不稳定的,尺度谱变化反映质量转移,凝聚输送是控制环节.引入等效凝聚系数及相对危险系数对描述焊接气溶胶凝聚特性、评定焊接材料及其施焊环境卫生指标具有重要意义.
The dynamic changes of aerosol particle size spectrum in the welding and post-weld fluorite electrode were observed by DMPS method. The results showed that the welding aerosol was unstable and the change of scale spectrum reflected the mass transfer and the coagulation and transportation was the control link. The introduction of equivalent cohesion coefficient and relative hazard coefficient is of great significance to describe the agglomeration characteristics of welding aerosol and assess the environmental quality of welding materials and their welding environment.
