上海城市建筑的密度越来越大,对于城市建设的难度不断增加,对工程参建各方都提出了更高的要求。基坑围护及支护体系对工程的安全、质量及经济性起着极其关键的作用,是工程建设全过程中的重中之重。本文对上海市基坑工程施工的要求及深基坑围护体系特点及其形式的选择进行了初步的探讨,同时,结合徐汇区宜山路凯旋路综合客运交通枢纽及综合开发项目实例对基坑围护形式的选择进行了研究,以期能够为相关人员选择最佳的围护方案提供有益的借鉴,进而降低工程造价成本,确保工程质量,给建筑工程整体打下良好的基础。
The density of urban buildings in Shanghai is getting bigger and bigger, the difficulty of urban construction is increasing, and higher requirements are put forward to all parties participating in the project. The foundation pit support and support system plays an extremely crucial role in the safety, quality and economy of the project, and is the most important part in the whole process of project construction. In this paper, the requirements of foundation pit construction in Shanghai and the characteristics of the retaining system of deep foundation pit and the choice of its form are discussed. In the meantime, combining with the example of the integrated passenger transportation hub of Kaixuan Road in Yishan Road of Xuhui District and the comprehensive development project, The choice of enclosure form has been studied in the hope of providing useful reference for the selection of the best envelope for the relevant personnel, further reducing the cost of the project, ensuring the quality of the project and laying a good foundation for the overall construction project.
