树脂富集——AAS法对水中六价铬、总铬的测定消除了二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法的测定干扰和化学试剂不稳定的问题,称取2.5g干重树脂装填充到 ф8×70mm离子交换树脂柱内,用1.5mol/L HNO3洗脱后直接进入原子吸收光谱仪测定,方法的检出限0.002mg/L,精密度 RSD小于3%,操作简便,易于推广。
