田野考古实习基地是高校考古专业学生实践能力锻炼和培养的极佳平台。目前高校田野考古实习建设中存在经费不足、与地方考古部门合作缺乏积极性、缺少合适考古工地、教学资源不足、普遍没有考古发掘权等问题。通过与校外单位建立互惠互利的合作机制以多种渠道联合共建田野考古实习基地,加大对实习基地建设经费的投入,在建设过程中完善实习基地建设的标准、充实和提升师资力量、建立多元化的实践教学模式,是高校田野教学实习基地建设的有效途径。
