中国兵工学会光学学会工程光学学术专业组成立大会暨首届学术交流会于1980年7月25日至29日在西安召开。参加这次会议的有:中国兵工学会、中国兵工学会光学学会、陕西省兵工学会、陕西省国防工办、中国科学院、一、三、五、六、八机部、总后炮兵等系统的研究所、高等院校、工厂共三十七个单位,七十四名代表。中国光学学会常务理事五机部二○五研究所沈惠龙所长致开幕词,光学界老前辈、光学专家中国科学院西安光机所所长龚祖同教授在大会上作了题为《工程光学要实现现代化,首先要求光学工作者思想现代化》的报告,他对与会者进行了亲切的勉励,并给大会赠以“业精于勤而荒于嬉,行成于思而毁于随”的题词。
Chinese Academy of Ordnance Optical Engineering engineering optics academic group founding assembly and the first academic exchange meeting was held in Xi’an in July 25, 1980 to 29. Attend this meeting are: China Institute of Ordnance, China Institute of Ordnance Optical Society, Shaanxi Province Institute of Ordnance, Shaanxi Provincial Defense Office, Chinese Academy of Sciences, one, three, five, six, eight aircraft, the total artillery, etc. Systems Institute, institutions of higher learning, the factory a total of 37 units, 74 representatives. Shen Guanglong, director of the Institute of Optics and Society of China, part two, made an opening speech. Prof. Gong Zutong, director of Optics and Optics Institute, Xi’an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, made an opening speech entitled “Modernization of Engineering Optics , First of all asked the modernist of optical workers’ report. He cordially encouraged the participants and gave the congratulation an inscription entitled ”Honesty and Proficiency in Honesty and Travel in Thinking and Destroying in Context".
