目的对兰州铁路局铁路辖区内游泳池水质卫生状况进行分析,为提出有效的卫生管理措施、改善游泳池水质卫生状况提供科学依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》,于2013—2014年对兰州铁路局铁路辖区游泳池水质进行采样监测。结果主要不合格指标是池水温度、游离性余氯和尿素。这3项指标2年的合格率分别为6.08%、33.08%和72.74%,2013年尿素和细菌总数的合格率明显低于2014年,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.560,P<0.05和χ~2=6.651,P<0.01)。尿素和细菌总数的超标月份主要集中在7—9月,2年儿童池的尿素超标率均高于成人池(χ~2=10.573和χ~2=12.450,均P<0.01)。结论兰州铁路局铁路辖区内游泳池水质卫生状况不容忽视,须加强对各项卫生指标的监测及加大卫生监管力度,确保游泳池水质达到良好的卫生状况。
Objective To analyze the health condition of swimming pool in railway jurisdiction of Lanzhou Railway Bureau and provide scientific basis for putting forward effective sanitary management measures and improving the sanitary status of swimming pool water. Methods Based on “Technical Specifications for Health Monitoring in Public Places”, the sampling and monitoring of swimming pool water quality in Lanzhou Railway Administration from 2013 to 2014 were conducted. Results The main unqualified indicators are the temperature of the water, residual free chlorine and urea. The pass rates of the three indicators in two years were 6.08%, 33.08% and 72.74% respectively. The passing rates of urea and bacteria in 2013 were significantly lower than those in 2014 (χ ~ 2 = 4.560, P <0.05 And χ ~ 2 = 6.651, P <0.01). The over-standard months of urea and bacteria were mainly from July to September. The over-standard rates of urea in 2-year children’s pool were higher than those in adult pool (χ ~ 2 = 10.573 and χ ~ 2 = 12.450, both P <0.01). Conclusion Lanzhou Railway Bureau, the jurisdiction of the swimming pool area within the jurisdiction of the water quality can not be ignored, we must strengthen the monitoring of various health indicators and increase health supervision efforts to ensure that swimming pool water quality to achieve good health status.
