文章主要介绍了活塞式气体流量标准装置的结构及工作原理。为减少不同因素的影响、方便量值溯源与传递,本装置需额外配置一套光栅尺系统进行位移量修正。经重复性试验验证,影响光栅尺性能的主要因素有流量、光栅尺的安装方式、活塞与活塞缸体的加工精度及润滑条件等。为今后活塞式气体流量标准装置的进一步完善提供参考。
The paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of the piston gas flow standard device. In order to reduce the influence of different factors and facilitate the traceability and delivery of the quantity, an additional set of grating ruler system is needed to correct the displacement. After repeated test verification, the main factors that affect the performance of the grating are flow, grating installation, piston and piston cylinder machining accuracy and lubrication conditions. It provides a reference for the further improvement of the piston gas flow standard device in the future.
