技术支持是信息技术在图书馆应用过程中的一种服务形式,在保障图书馆业务正常运行中起着至关重要的作用。新形势下,技术支持面临技术和服务融合的挑战。本文通过探讨服务理念转变,提出做好技术支持工作的四种能力要求。
Technical support is a form of service in the application of information technology in the library. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal operation of the library business. Under the new situation, technical support faces the challenge of technology and service integration. This paper, by exploring the change of service concept, puts forward four capacity requirements for technical support work.
