车加工时常遇到工件夹紧端是螺纹,若将工件直接旋入螺纹胎的螺纹孔内进行车削加工,由于切削力的作用使螺纹旋的很紧而不易拆下,用如图所示夹具则可方便地卸下工件。将锥销4插入螺纹胎2和挡块3的锥孔内,使挡块的轴向位置固定,然后将工件1旋入螺纹胎内,与挡块3顶紧。加工后只要将锥销稍稍退出,挡块3和工件1的顶紧力即可消
