目前,化工项目普遍实行EPC的总承包模式,该模式特点决定了总承包单位需要承担较大的风险,特别是进度管理上的风险。因此,对于EPC项目的工程进度管理需要整个项目管理团队的精心规划、及时跟踪反馈和及时更新。如何有效管理项目进度,保证项目工期,降低项目风险,是需重点研究的内容。分析了EPC项目各个阶段进度管理应注意的问题,可作为进度管理的经验参考。
At present, EPC projects are generally implemented in chemical projects. The characteristics of this model determine that general contractors need to bear greater risks, especially the risks in progress management. Therefore, the project progress management of EPC project needs careful planning of the entire project management team, timely tracking feedback and timely update. How to effectively manage the progress of the project, ensure the project duration, and reduce the project risk are the key points to be studied. The problems that should be noticed in the progress management of each stage of EPC project are analyzed, which can be used as reference for the progress management.
