单位估价表是编制工程预算的基本依据之一,也是用来确定每一分项工程单位造价包括每一计量单位工程所需的人工、材料及施工机械使用的全部直接费用。编制单位估价表应遵循社会主义市场经济原则,严格执行预算定额、实事求是地编制补充单位估价表。单位估价表的编制依据是:建安工程概算定额、建安工人工资标准、材料预算价格、施工机械台班台时使用费和各种费率。单位估价表的编制方法包括:确定有关编制的基础资料、预算定额规定的用工数和预算价格及费率,再设定单位估价表的表式,最后编制单位估价汇总表。
