目的观察两种不同剂型的含醇手消毒剂对白色念珠菌的杀菌效果。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验与载体定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室检测。结果含体积分数75%乙醇与4500 mg/L醋酸氯己定的液体型消毒剂原液作用0.5 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>4.00;将该消毒剂原液作对倍稀释,作用0.5 min亦能达到相同的杀菌效果。用含体积分数40%乙醇与12.0 g/L三氯羟基二苯醚的凝胶型消毒剂,对载体上白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>4.00,每次试验均达到合格要求。结论两种不同剂型的含乙醇手消毒剂对悬液内和载体上人工污染的白色念珠菌具有快速杀灭作用。
