为研究大型橡胶支座和结构构件在静力、动力荷载作用下的响应及破坏模式,设计了大型多功能试验机系统,采用有限元法分析大型多功能试验机加载架模态、加载响应等力学特性.通过修改加载架系统的机械框架布局,依据系统动态刚度优选设计方案.加载响应分析计算结果表明:在工作载荷作用下,该大型多功能试验机系统整体强度、刚度均能满足工程设计要求,结构设计合理可行.
In order to study the response and failure mode of large rubber bearings and structural members under static and dynamic loads, a large-scale multi-function testing machine system is designed. The finite element method is used to analyze the modal and loading response of large multi-purpose testing machine.
