本文测定了铁液中C对Sr、Ba溶解度的影响,测定了在1450℃时C与Sr、C与Ba的相互作用系数以及在该温度下C与Sr、C与Ba的反应平衡常数。所得结果如下: (1) C增加Sr、Ba在铁液中的溶解度; (2) 1450℃时,e_(Sr)~C=-0.75;e_(Ba)~C=-0.61;e_C~(Sr)=-0.10;e_C~(Ba)=-0.049; (3) 通过X光鉴定,确定高温下C与Sr的反应产物为SrC_2;C与Ba的反应产物为BaC_2; (4) 测定了1450℃时C与Sr、C与Ba的反应平衡常数; [Sr]+2[C]=SrC_2(S) K_(SrC_2)=658.4 [Ba]+2[C]=BaC_2(S) K_(BaC_2)=327.1
In this paper, the effect of C on the solubility of Sr and Ba in liquid iron was investigated. The interaction coefficients of C with Sr, C and Ba at 1450 ℃ and the reaction equilibrium constants of C with Sr, C and Ba at this temperature were determined.
