目的研究悬吊训练对高职院校学生身体形态、机能的影响,探索高职院校学生体质健康训练的新方法。方法对30名学生实施为期16周的悬吊训练,应用配对样本T检验比较训练者训练前后身体形态、机能变化。结果悬吊训练后训练者腰围显著减小;臀围显著增加;身体机能状态指标肺活量、台阶指数均有显著增加。
Objective To study the effect of suspension training on body shape and function of students in vocational colleges and to explore a new method of physical health training for students in higher vocational colleges. Methods Suspension training was performed on 30 students for 16 weeks, and the paired sample T test was used to compare the body shape and function before and after training. Results After training, the waist circumference of trainers decreased significantly, the hip circumference increased significantly, and the vital capacity and step index of body function status increased significantly.
