关于糖尿病和皮肤病并发的研究,以往多在成年人中进行,本文作者调查了与儿童Ⅰ型糖尿病(IDD)并发的皮肤病。 方法:研究41例IDD儿童(1—12岁,平均9岁)。均因皮肤病入院。糖尿病病期1月—11年(平均40个月)。对照组为1273名无糖尿病的皮肤病儿童,年龄1月—12岁(平均6岁)。用统计学方法比较两组所诊断的皮肤病。 结果:两组皮肤病的发生情况分别为糖尿病组52/41,对照组1301/1273,因有些儿童患有一种
Studies on the concomitant development of diabetes and dermatology have traditionally been done in adults, and the authors investigated skin disorders associated with childhood type 1 diabetes (IDD). Methods: 41 children with IDD (1-12 years old, average 9 years old) were studied. All due to skin disease hospitalization. Diabetes period January to 11 years (average 40 months). The control group was 1273 children with diabetes without diabetes, aged from January to 12 (mean, 6 years). Statistical methods were used to compare the two groups of diagnosed dermatoses. Results: The incidence of skin diseases in the two groups were 52/41 in diabetic group and 1301/1273 in control group, respectively. Some children had one kind of skin disease
