As an objective phenomenon of human resources management, glass ceilings have become popular in the mainstream European and American societies since the 1980s. Some non-white immigrants, in particular, enterprises or administrative units, can only serve as grassroots positions. Or after they have achieved relatively high positions, they will be hard to advance and will not be able to enter the core management. These groups are invisible in a way that is more discriminatory and more targeted at female employees. It is like an invisible barrier, looked up, but it is difficult to remove will not easily disappear. This requires that female employees overcome their weaknesses and exert their own advantages. Enterprises should update their internal systems as well as corporate culture and concepts. The government should promulgate relevant laws and regulations to provide guarantee for solving the employment problem of women.
