“人本是散落的珠子.随地乱滚.文化就是那根柔弱又强韧的细丝.将珠子串起来成为社会.”对于学校文化“愿景”而言.这是一个极好的隐语。我们之所以用这样的隐语而不是其他来描述文化.是因为当一种文化失去了与我们可以称之为“亲族关系”的东西时.我们认为这种文化是有缺陷的。而学校文化正是把以师生为主体.以学校内部的环境和活动为主要内容的一种群体文化串成一个整体的那一根“柔弱又强韧的细丝”.它是一个学校发展进程中逐步积淀下来的特有的教育标识。因此,用这样的隐语我们实际上是在建构我们思考和行动的方式。
“People are scattered beads. Roll around. Culture is that weak and strong filament. Stringing beads into society.” In terms of school culture “vision” this is an excellent Lingo. We use such slobbers rather than others to describe cultures. This is because when a culture loses something that we can call “kinship relations,” we believe that this culture is flawed. The school culture is a kind of “filament and strong filament” which is based on the teacher-students as the main body. The group culture with the main contents of the school’s internal environment and activities is strung together as a whole. It is a Gradually accumulated unique education logos in the process of school development. Therefore, with such a lingo we are actually building the way we think and act.
