考察了等离子喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr涂层及其表面化学镀Ni镀层通过不同配副组成摩擦副的摩擦学特性,并应用SEM、XRD和XPS对磨痕进行了分析.结果发现:等离子喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr涂层及其表面化学镀Ni镀层自配副组成摩擦副,均表现出较大的摩擦系数和磨损系数;但是,Cr3C2-NiCr涂层表面化学镀Ni镀层与Cr3C2-NiCr涂层配副组成摩擦副,在于摩擦条件下,能达到0.12的摩擦系数和接近10-6mm3(Nm)-1的磨损系数.上述结果是由于Cr3C2-NiCr涂层的磨损机理从强烈的层状颗粒剥落转变为沿气孔和微裂纹等处的颗粒断裂.
The tribological properties of plasma sprayed Cr3C2-NiCr coating and electroless Ni plating on the surface were investigated. The wear scar was analyzed by SEM, XRD and XPS. The results show that the plasma spraying Cr3C2-NiCr coating and the surface electroless Ni plating have self-match friction pairs, which all show larger coefficient of friction and wear coefficient. However, the surface of Cr3C2-NiCr coating with electroless Ni plating and Cr3C2 NiCr coating with the deputy composition of the friction pair, under the friction conditions, can reach 0.12 and close to 10-6mm3 (Nm) -1 wear coefficient. The above results are due to the wear mechanism of the Cr3C2-NiCr coating which changes from intense lamellar particle spalling to particle rupture along pores and micro-cracks.
