结合生产实际需求 ,用实验方法研究定量浇注系统设计和定量浇注过程控制中的一些技术问题 :气动比例控制定量浇注系统的设计和典型控制元件的性能实验 ;炉压脉宽调制 (PWM)控制的实验研究 ;细长浇注管路对定量浇注精度的影响 ;定时控制方法的实验研究 ;液位反馈控制方法的实验研究 ;定量浇注系统的其它功能实验。实验结果表明 ,定量浇注系统的设计是合理、可行的。控制方法研究所得到的几个结论对定量浇注过程的自动化设计具有一定的参考价值
According to the actual demand of production, some technical problems in the design of quantitative pouring system and quantitative pouring process control are studied by experimental methods: the design of pneumatic proportional control pouring system and the performance experiment of typical control elements; the control of furnace pressure pulse width modulation (PWM) Experimental study; Slender pouring pipeline on the accuracy of quantitative casting; timing control method of experimental research; liquid level feedback control method of experimental study; quantitative casting system of other functional experiments. The experimental results show that the design of quantitative casting system is reasonable and feasible. Several conclusions obtained by the control method research have certain reference value to the automatic design of the quantitative pouring process
