在诸多的社会关系中,劳动关系是比较基础的一个,要想维护社会的稳定,劳动关系的协调至关重要。工会组织就是适应劳动关系发展的产物,其体现了社会发展的一种必然性,以自身的维权机制来化解劳动关系矛盾,引导维权机制进一步完善和发展。新时期社会主义市场经济下的劳动关系更加复杂,为了维持社会的稳定和谐,需要进一步建立健全工会维权机制,大胆创新,实事求是。然而,从实际的情况来看,企业工会维权机制仍旧存在诸多问题。本文对这些问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了企业工会维权机制的建设对策,希望能够更好地促进工会维权机制的完善和发展。
In many social relations, labor relations is a relatively basic one, in order to maintain social stability, the coordination of labor relations is of paramount importance. Trade union organizations are the product of adapting to the development of labor relations, embodying the inevitability of social development, resolving the contradictions of labor relations with their own safeguarding mechanisms, and guiding the safeguarding of rights mechanisms to be further perfected and developed. Labor relations in the socialist market economy in the new era are more complicated. In order to maintain social stability and harmony, we need to further establish and improve the mechanism for the safeguarding of the rights of trade unions, make bold innovations and seek truth from facts. However, from a practical point of view, there are still many problems existing in the trade union rights protection mechanism of enterprises. This article analyzes these problems, and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of trade unions’ rights protection mechanism in the hope of better promoting the improvement and development of trade union rights protection mechanisms.
