本工作研究了花粉对艾氏腹水瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用,并探讨了作用的可能途径。我们的实验结果表明,花粉对艾氏腹水瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用,花粉可显著地提高外周血中T淋巴细胞ANAE~+百分率及Mφ对白色念珠菌的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数。我们认为,花粉提高机体的免疫功能可能是花粉抑瘤作用的主要途径。
This work investigated the inhibitory effects of pollen on Ehrlich ascites tumors in mice and explored possible pathways. Our experimental results show that pollen has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Ehrlich ascites tumor. Pollen can significantly increase the percentage of ANAE~+ of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and the percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index of Mφ against Candida albicans. We believe that pollen can improve the body’s immune function may be the main way of anti-tumor effect of pollen.
