采用水热法,并辅以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)合成微/纳米Gd2O3及其前驱体Gd2-(CO3)3·H2O.利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、热分析仪(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、荧光分光光度计等表征手段,分别对产物的晶形、形貌、尺寸和荧光性质等进行分析与表征.结果表明,利用水热法合成的Gd2O3前驱体Gd2(CO3)3·H2O在不同反应温度下分别形成细捆束状、羽毛状和树状,经煅烧后制得的微/纳米Gd2O3的形貌与其前驱体Gd2(CO3)3·H2O相一致,其荧光性随反应温度的升高而增强.
The hydrothermal method, combined with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), was used to synthesize micro / nano-Gd2O3 and its precursor Gd2- (CO3) 3 · H2O.
