据中国企业家调查系统最新公布的1999年针对全国近10000名企业经营者问卷调查的结果显示,79.6%的企业经营者认为我国1999年宏观经济形势发展平稳,并已呈回升态势,但从环境上看依然有四大不利因素在制约着企业发展,这四大要素是需求不足、效益不好、资金紧张、供求不平衡。经营者们普遍认为,继续深化企业改革和选好企业领导人是缓解上述不利影响及使国有企业摆脱困境的根本出路。
According to the latest survey conducted by the China Entrepreneur Survey System in 1999 on the survey of nearly 10,000 business managers in the country, 79.6% of the business operators believe that the macroeconomic situation in China was stable in 1999 and has been picking up. However, There are still four major unfavorable factors that restrict the development of enterprises. These four major factors are insufficient demand, ineffectiveness, shortage of funds, imbalance of supply and demand.
