ICE列车侧门用的塞拉门由Gebr Bode公司提供。侧门外形山下图所示。开门时,车门转出90mm后,平行于车体向一侧滑动。车门运动由安装于固定板上的导向装置和一个较低的旋转臂来控制。全套装置由无杆风缸驱动,设有四个锁紧机构。在门框四周由双槽橡胶条密封,并装有提供压紧力的压力波保护系统。侧门的窗设有紧急出口,由橡胶条夹紧密封。侧门的设计载荷是±6000Pa。侧门两侧为铝板,中间为浸泡酚醛树脂的蜂窝结构。
Plug doors for ICE train side doors are supplied by Gebr Bode. Side door profile mountain below. Open the door, the door turned 90mm, parallel to the body sliding to one side. The door movement is controlled by a guide mounted on the mounting plate and a lower swivel arm. The complete unit is driven by a rodless cylinder with four locking mechanisms. The door frame is surrounded by a double groove rubber seal, and equipped with a pressure wave to provide pressure protection system. The side door window has an emergency exit, sealed by rubber strips. Side door design load is ± 6000Pa. Side doors on both sides of the aluminum plate, the middle of the soaked phenolic resin honeycomb structure.
