目的研究分析妇产科临床护理中应用人性化护理模式的效果。方法选择本院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的妇产科患者86例作为研究对象,将86例患者随机分为两组,观察组43例和对照组43例,对照组患者应用常规护理方法,观察组患者应用人性化护理模式,对比观察组与对照组的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后焦虑评分显著比对照组低,患者对护理工作的满意度优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床护理中应用人性化护理模式的效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying humanized nursing model in obstetrics and gynecology clinical nursing. Methods Eighty-six patients with obstetrics and gynecology admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the research object. Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). Patients in the control group Nursing methods, observation group of patients using humanized care model, compared with the observation group and the control group nursing effect. Results The anxiety score of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group. The satisfaction degree of patients in nursing group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing model in clinical obstetrics and gynecology is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
