本文选取近5年来检验的被盗抢机动车110例,从外观特征、发动机号与车架号特征、检出原始信息的情况来进行统计分析。通过对查扣的被盗抢机动车的检验来分析其伪装规律。结果表明,侦查、交巡警等部门应配备警务通等终端设备,在日常工作中从外观上分辨、查询进而发现盗抢嫌疑车辆,检验技术人员要熟知被盗抢机动车的伪装、破坏方式,检验时应当按照先易后难的顺序,穷尽一切办法,检出车辆的原始信息。
In this paper, 110 cases of robbed robberies that have been inspected in the recent 5 years are selected, and the statistical analysis is made on the appearance characteristics, engine number and frame number characteristics and the detection of the original information.
