建筑工程施工建设通常需要涉及到多方合作,双方关系的协调与沟通将可有效提升沟通效率、增强信息交流,从而给企业价值的创造带来有力帮助。为此,在本文中作者将结合自身多年从事该领域研究经验,在通过对大量文献进行阅读与研究基础上,针对建筑工程施工组织管理工作提出些许对策及改进意见,为保障施工建设单位总体效益及各施工环节的质量。
