以上海某软土地区超深基坑施工工程为实例,针对基坑周边的房屋,通过采用有限元基坑变形分析,运用超深地墙隔断承压水、下三层板逆作施工、钢支撑自动伺服系统等施工关键技术,确保施工期间敏感房屋的安全,成功保护了敏感房屋。这样在工程完成的同时,保障了周边环境的安全,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
Taking an ultra deep foundation pit construction project in a soft soil area of Shanghai as an example, according to the finite element foundation pit deformation analysis for the houses around the foundation pit, ultra-deep ground wall is used to cut off the confined water and the lower three-layer slab is rebuilt. Steel Support the construction of key technologies such as automatic servo system to ensure the safety of sensitive houses during construction and successfully protect sensitive houses.
