随着经济交流的发展,各单位出行的公务活动越来越多,其中会务活动更是形式多样,数量剧增。因为这些活动涉及到参加者的吃、住、行、游,需要各方面的密切配合,而会议的组织者由于种种原因无法使各个环节有效协调起来,这就需要专业承办者来操作。会务接待是指接待企业或部门根据会议组织者的要求,为参会者安排与会议有关的事宜,并提供服务工作的总称。
