鞍钢弓长岭井下矿共有14个风动链式闸门放矿漏斗。它们设置分散,管线铺设量大,泄漏点多,每台φ350mm直径气缸,放矿时耗风量约为6m~3/min,降低了风压,影响到凿岩效率。加之在节电期间限电躲峰,减少空压机开动时间,每天大约2小时不能出矿石,影响产量。为此,我们把风动链式闸门放矿漏斗改为电动链式闸门放矿漏斗。1986年9月投入使用以来,效果良好。一、电动链式放矿漏斗的安装使用
