音乐名师工作室是音乐教师专业成长的共同体,如何使工作室成员在专业上有全面的提高,同时形成自己的风格与特色,进行教师个性化的培养是十分重要的。本文提出专业研磨与优势互补结合的实践提升模式,外出取经与现场实践结合的理论指导模式,主题系列与形成个性化教学风格结合的个性发展模式等培养策略;以期通过名师的导向作用,激发工作室成员的学习动力,提高教学创新能力、学术研究能力和自我发展能力,实现从“教学型教师”向“科研型教师”的转型,成长为优秀的音乐教学带头人。
Music teacher studio is a professional community of music teachers, how to make studio members in an all-round professional development, while forming their own style and characteristics of individual teacher training is very important.
