患者,男,47岁。因“右侧颈部淋巴结肿大2年,双侧颈部、腋窝、腹股沟淋巴结肿大伴体重明显减轻2个月”于2004年6月17日入院。我院门诊淋巴结活检病理提示套细胞型淋巴瘤。体检:一般情况尚可,karnofsky评分90分,自主体位。四肢皮肤多处病损,呈暗红色斑块,中心有脱屑,无出血坏死。双侧颈部、腋窝及腹股沟淋巴结明 Patient, male, 47 years old. Because of “2 years of right cervical lymph node enlargement, bilateral neck, axillary, inguinal lymph node enlargement significantly reduced body weight with 2 months ” in June 17, 2004 admission. Outpatient clinic lymph node biopsy prompted sets of cell lymphoma. Physical examination: the general situation is acceptable, karnofsky score 90 points, autonomy.
