运用文献资料法、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对泰山学院大学生晨练的现状进行调查与分析,结果表明:大学生对晨练的重要性和现实意义认识不足,大学生参加晨练次数较少、运动强度较低、持续时间较短,在此基础上,我建议加强对大学生晨练健身意识的教育,制定相应的晨练制度,调动指导力量的积极性,以素质教育为指导,构建新的晨练模式。
The results showed that undergraduates did not know enough about the importance and practical significance of morning exercise, the number of morning exercises that college students took was less, the exercise intensity was better than that of morning exercise Low and short duration, on this basis, I suggest that we should strengthen the education of college students’ morning fitness awareness, formulate the corresponding morning exercise system, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the guidance force. With the guidance of quality education, we should construct a new morning exercise pattern.
