ZSM-5分子筛改性对正己烷裂解及芳构化性能的影响——Ⅰ.不同金属离子改性ZSM-5分子筛的研究

本文以正己烷为反应物,在脉冲微反装置上,考察了经Ni~(2+)、Ce~(3+)、Al~(3+)和Mg~(2+)等金属离子改性的ZSM-5分子筛的裂解性能和芳构化性能.研究结果表明,金属离子改性可以提高ZSM-5分子筛的活性稳定性.其中,以镍改性分子筛效果最好.它不仅能显著提高活性,而且其新鲜样品对B. T. X(苯+甲苯+二甲苯)有优异的选择性,其老化样品对低碳烯烃也有较好的选择性.改性分子筛的上述特性与其酸性特征是密切相关的.本文还以镍改性分子筛为例,简单比较了离子交换和等量浸渍两种改性方法. In this paper, n-hexane was used as a reactant to investigate the effects of Ni (2 +), Ce ~ (3 +), Al ~ (3+) and Mg ~ (2+) ZSM-5 molecular sieve was studied.The results show that the modification of ZSM-5 zeolite can improve the activity stability of ZSM-5 zeolite, of which the molecular sieve with nickel modification has the best effect.It not only can significantly improve the activity , And its fresh sample has excellent selectivity to BT X (benzene + toluene + xylene), and its aging sample has better selectivity to light olefins.The above characteristics of the modified molecular sieve are closely related to its acidity. This paper also nickel-modified molecular sieve as an example, simply compared ion exchange and the same amount of impregnation two modified methods.
