正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)是一个在进化上保守的多功能模式识别蛋白超家族成员之一,属于一种急性期反应蛋白,通过病原体识别、补体激活、调理作用、白细胞募集及糖基化依赖的炎性调节等在免疫系统中发挥着重要作用。炎性反应是各种心血管疾病发病机制中一个关键的组成部分,通过研究PTX3与心血管疾病的关系,可为心血管疾病的诊断、病情评估、治疗及判断预后等提供新的思路。
Truncated pentraxin 3 (PTX3) is a member of the evolutionarily conserved multifunctional pattern recognition protein superfamily and belongs to an acute phase response protein that is recognized by pathogen recognition, complement activation, opsonization, leukocyte recruitment and glycosylation Dependent inflammatory regulation plays an important role in the immune system. Inflammatory reaction is a key component of the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular diseases. By studying the relationship between PTX3 and cardiovascular diseases, we can provide new ideas for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, disease assessment, treatment and prognosis.
