针对养猪场水冲粪工艺悬浮物含量高、水量不稳定的特性,采用二级沉淀的前处理工艺,选择厌氧池-缺氧池-好氧生物滤池作为主体单元,通过好氧出水回流方式强化系统的脱氮性能。根据实验数据分析比较不同进水负荷、回流比条件下污染物的去除情况,并且对不同实验参数的能耗进行了量化。启动后,COD与NH4+-N容积负荷分别可达12 kg/(m3·d)与0.64 kg/(m3·d)。在300%回流体积比的运行条件下,系统整体效能最高,COD、NH4+-N、TN去除率分别为97.6%、82.8%、85.0%,能耗为0.95 k Wh/m3。
Aiming at the characteristics of high water content and unstable water volume in pig farm, the anaerobic tank - anaerobic tank - aerobic biological filter was selected as the main unit by the pretreatment process of secondary sedimentation. Through aerobic effluent Reflux way to strengthen the system’s denitrification performance. According to the experimental data analysis and comparison of different influent load, reflux conditions, the removal of pollutants, and energy consumption of different experimental parameters were quantified. After start-up, the COD and NH4 + -N volume loads can reach 12 kg / (m3 · d) and 0.64 kg / (m3 · d), respectively. Under the operating conditions of 300% reflux volume ratio, the overall system performance is the highest. The removal rates of COD, NH4 + -N and TN are 97.6%, 82.8% and 85.0%, respectively, and the energy consumption is 0.95 k Wh / m3.
