从2010年起,我在课堂上花时间让学生学、让学生讲、让学生自主实现课堂学习目标。渐渐地,我的课堂教学不再沉闷,不再呆板,而是多了趣味,多了活力。于是,我把语文教学中使用的“让学生学”“让学生开讲”的方式,放在班会课上实验,让学生自主选题、自主建构、自主开设班会课,班会课也上得生动活泼,美不胜收。于是,我正式建构“学讲达”教学流程,开展自己的教育教学实践。
