目的快速分析粗叶悬钩子叶中成分。方法粗叶悬钩子叶甲醇提取物用聚酰胺薄层色谱(TLC)分离后,将薄层板上的斑点依次用串联质谱(MS/MS)分析,通过与文献数据和部分对照品的负离子模式下的一级和二级质谱信息比较,推测化合物的结构。结果推测了11个化合物的可能结构,包括1个咖啡酰奎宁酸,6个三萜化合物和4个黄酮苷。结论实验结果为粗叶悬钩子叶活性成分的快速鉴定奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE Rapid analysis of the components in the leaves of Rubus. Methods After the methanol extract of Rubus Cuscutae was separated by TLC, the spots on the TLC plate were analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry (MS / MS) in turn, compared with the literature data and the negative ion mode The next level and two MS information compared to speculate the structure of the compound. The results speculate the possible structures of 11 compounds, including 1 caffeoylquinic acid, 6 triterpenoids and 4 flavonoid glycosides.
