研究了渗扩氮等温淬火对Cr7Mo3V2Si钢硬度、组织、韧性和含氮硬化层扫描断口形态的影响。结果表明,Cr7Mo3V2Si钢制冷作模具复合强韧化处理后的使用寿命提高1倍,且破坏形式得到改善。
The effect of infiltration quenching on hardness, microstructure, toughness and fracture morphology of Cr7Mo3V2Si steel was studied. The results show that the service life of Cr7Mo3V2Si steel cold working die after composite toughening treatment is doubled, and the damage form is improved.
